WSQ Financial Literacy in Business Management

Business owners and managers of business units need to understand and be able to analyse financial statements to exercise cost control, monitor financial performance of the business unit and enhance profitability to meet financial goals.
This is a finance course for non-finance managers; and will provide a strong foundational understanding in accounting and preparing financial statements. You will be equipped with skills in financial analysis to guide decision making, manage your business unit and formulate recommendations to improve financial performance.
